“My web design services began in the early dim and distant days of the Internet. Web sites were mystical, strange beasts which cost fortunes to set up and maintain. People were too frightened to ask because of the stigma of cost and possible rip offs from the whizz kids of web site design.

Dial-Up Internet access was the only way you could get on board and search for what you wanted. Then, there were only a few web sites out there compared with what’s on offer today. When designing web pages, we all had to be careful about putting low resolution images on, low file sizes etc, to make the pages download quickly. What a bore it was... waiting for ever to download web content!

Then along came higher speeds and then broadband, web sites became more involved and everyone wanted things to download quickly... no waiting allowed! What a bore it was having to wait only a few seconds to download something now!

High speed broadband gives us the opportunity to zap stuff on to our screens and phones, web site design has become increasingly intricate, larger graphics, high res everything, video, music and more!
